Courtney C. Patton, Esq. is a partner at the firm where she practices in the areas of estate planning, trust administration, trust settlement, probate, conservatorships, and property tax. With a deep understanding of the legal landscape, Courtney is dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to her clients.
Courtney earned her Juris Doctorate degree from the Pepperdine University School of Law, where she graduated in 2013. During her time at Pepperdine, Courtney also earned a Certificate in Dispute Resolution from the Straus Institute of Dispute Resolution.
Prior to law school, Courtney obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the University of California, Irvine in 2010.
Courtney is an active member of the Trusts and Estates Sections of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, Santa Monica Bar Association, Beverly Hills Bar Association and California Lawyers Association. Courtney serves as a member of the Trusts and Estates Executive Committee of the Beverly Hills Bar Association.
For the past two years, Courtney has served as an update author of the CEB’s California Conservatorship Practice Guide.
Courtney was recently selected as a Thomson Reuters Super Lawyers Southern California “Rising Star” for 2023.
